I found myself in need of a car last summer.
I found myself stressing about this decision. One large contingent of my family voted for a newer car.
"Especially in North Dakota, with the winters. You need a reliable car."
My friend was selling her older Chevy car, with more miles than my large contingent of a family would have approved of.
I asked my dad's advice.
"Well. Picture winter. It's coming. What would you rather trust: a newer car or the people of North Dakota."
I chose the people of North Dakota because my two times on the side of the road in the dead of winter they have come to my aid.
That's just one of my North Dakota stories. What's yours?
